Ingredient
・Mushroom sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped shallots
- 100g mushrooms
- 1.5 cloves minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cups consommé 2 teaspoons butter
・Walnut cream
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
・Mashed potatoes
- 4 potatoes (make-in)
- 50ml soy milk
- Salt, pepper
Recipe
・Mushroom sauce
1. Melt the butter over low heat and fry the shallots until change color.
2. Add garlic, mushrooms and fry until the mushrooms change color.
3. Add consommé and fresh thyme and simmer for 15~20 minutes.
4. Add the walnut cream and simmer for another 3 minutes.
・Walnut cream
1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix.
2. Add an appropriate amount of water to achieve the desired smoothness.
・Mashed potatoes
1. Put the potatoes and enough water to soak the potatoes in a small saucepan and bring to boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are moderately hard.
2. Drain the remaining hot water and crush the potatoes with a spatula or masher.
3. Add soy milk, salt and pepper and mix well (you can add an appropriate amount of fresh cream or butter if you like).
